When you drive on uneven roads, signalled as such or when changing the direction of travel through bends, you are obliged to drive with a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area and 50 km/h outside the urban area.
At unsignalized pedestrian crossings, signalled by signs and markings, the speed of travel will be reduced to 30 km/h in the urban area and 50 km/h outside the urban area when the public road has at most one lane per direction, and the pedestrians on the sidewalk, in the immediate vicinity of the carriageway, intend to enter the crossing.

Art. 123. – The driver of a vehicle is obliged to drive with a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h, in the urban area, or 50 km/h outside the urban area, in the following situations:
a) when passing through intersections with uncontrolled traffic;
b) in particularly dangerous curves signalled as such or in which visibility is less than 50 m;
d) when passing by organized groups, military columns or processions, regardless of whether they are moving or stopping on the carriageway of roads with a single lane per direction;
e) when passing by animals that are being guided on the carriageway or on the shoulder;
f) when the carriageway is covered with black ice, ice, compacted snow, slush or wet cobblestone;
g) on uneven roads, signalled as such;
h) in the action area of the warning sign “Children” between 0700 – 2200 as well as of the sign “Accident”;
i) at unsignalized pedestrian crossings, signalled by signs and markings, when the public road has at most one lane per direction, and the pedestrians on the sidewalk, in the immediate vicinity of the carriageway, intend to enter the crossing;
j) when changing the direction of travel through bends;
k) when visibility is below 100 m in conditions of fog, torrential rain, heavy snowfalls.
