Art. 128. 
(1) Is prohibited moving in reverse with the vehicle:
     a) in the cases provided in art. 126, except letter d);
     b) for a distance greater than 50 m;
     c) at the exit from properties adjacent to public roads.
(2) In the places where moving in reverse is allowed but visibility in the back is hindered, the vehicle may be maneuvered in reverse only when its driver is guided by at least one person located outside the vehicle.
(3) The person who guides the maneuvering in reverse of a vehicle is obliged to make sure that the maneuver is carried out without endangering the safety of the participants in traffic.
(4) Moving in reverse with the motor vehicle must be signalled with the special light or lights with which the vehicle is equipped. It is recommended that motor vehicles also be equipped with sound devices for signalling this maneuver.
