Art. 53.

(1) When the yellow colour signal appears after the green colour signal, the driver of the vehicle who approaches the intersection must not pass beyond the places provided in art. 52 paragraph (2), except for the situation in which, at the appearance of the signal, he is so close to those places that he could no longer stop the vehicle in safety conditions.

(2) The intermittent yellow colour signal allows passing, the driver of the vehicle being obliged to travel with reduced speed, to respect the significance of the road signalling and the traffic rules applicable in that place.

Art. 62. – The warning traffic light is installed at the exit from the intersection and is constituted from a lighting body with intermittent yellow light. This can have in its field the image of a moving pedestrian, of yellow colour on black background.
