(1) The maximum speeds allowed outside built-up area for the categories of motor vehicles provided in annex no. 1 are the following:

b) 110 km/h on motorways, 100 km/h on express roads, 90 km/h on European national roads (E) and 80 km/h on the other categories of roads, for motor vehicles in categories C, D and category D1;
c) 90 km/h on motorways, 85 km/h on express roads, 80 km/h on European national roads (E) and 70 km/h for the other categories of roads, for motor vehicles in categories A1, B1 and C1;
d) 45 km/h, for agricultural or forestry tractors and mopeds.
