The use of dipped headlights during the day is mandatory for:
Although the road traffic legislation has been updated and at this moment it is mandatory that when driving during the day, on all categories of public roads, the dipped headlights (low beam) or the daytime running lights (DRL) be used, the answer to this question remains correct and in accordance with the legislation.
To understand this rule better we give the following example: A driver of a motor vehicle is driving during the day, under normal conditions, in which case he is obliged to put into operation either the dipped headlights (that is low beam), or the daytime running lights (DRL), as he considers appropriate, or he may even use both at the same time. However, if he accompanies a military column or a cortege, the option to choose to put into operation the daytime running lights (DRL) instead of dipped headlights (low beam) is no longer valid because the road traffic legislation provides that in this case it is mandatory to use the dipped headlights (low beam), without leaving the option of using the daytime running lights (DRL) instead of the dipped headlights.
More information about the obligation to drive also during the day with the dipped headlights or with the daytime running lights in operation can be found here - The obligation to use dipped headlights (low beam) or DRL lights during the day.
The correct answer is: A, B and C
