In the case of injured persons with external hemorrhages, the first step is stopping the hemorrhage, after stopping the hemorrhage or after medical assistance has been given by a qualified person, the transport of the victim to the hospital will be carried out. The transport of the victim to the hospital can be carried out either with an ambulance specially equipped for this purpose, usually accompanied by a doctor, or with the vehicle that caused the accident, if the condition of the victim allows this.

The transport of injured persons having external hemorrhages will NOT be done immediately after the arrival of a means of transport, because the priority for the victim is the provision of first aid, a process that involves stopping the hemorrhage.
