The maneuver of successive movement from one lane of traffic to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles that move in the same direction, as well as the maneuver by which is intentionally performed a controlled skid of the vehicle for the purpose of turning it around or rotating it are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the performing of these maneuvers on public roads.
The adoption of aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with contravention fine, as follows:
Although the overtaking maneuver is performed only on the left side of the overtaken vehicle, by exception, the vehicle whose driver signalled the intention and moved into position accordingly for leaving the direction of travel to the left is overtaken on the right side. Therefore, the maneuver in answer B is allowed and is not considered to be aggressive behavior.
