It is prohibited for the driver of the motor vehicle that while driving on a public road to transport in the motor vehicle more persons than the number of seats entered in the registration or record certificate.
It is not prohibited but the driver is obliged to allow the inspection of the technical condition of the motor vehicle, as well as of the transported goods.
Opening the doors of the motor vehicle is prohibited only when it is in motion. When it is parked the driver is allowed to open the doors of the motor vehicle, but the driver is obliged to make sure that this maneuver does not present danger for the other road users.
