Art. 150. 
(1) The load of a vehicle must be placed and, if needed, secured so that:
     a) it does not endanger persons or cause damage to public or private property;
     b) it does not hinder the visibility of the driver and does not endanger the stability or driving of the vehicle;
     c) it is not dragged, does not spill and does not fall onto the road;
     d) it does not cover the signalling devices, reflectors and the registration or temporary plates, and in the case of vehicles without an engine, the signals made with the arms of their driver;
     e) it does not cause noise that hinders the driver, the participants in traffic or scares the animals and does not produce dust or pestilential smells.
(2) The chains, cables, tarpaulins and other accessories that serve to secure or protect the load must secure it as well as possible to the vehicle and must not themselves constitute a danger to traffic safety.
(3) The load consisting of materials or products that may scatter during travel must be covered with a tarpaulin. When the load consists of large or heavy objects, it must be secured so that it does not move during transport and does not exceed the gauge of the vehicle.
