Explanation

The intersection in the image is controlled with regulatory priority signs, under each sign there is installed an additional panel that informs us about the direction of the priority road, the thickened line indicating the direction of the priority road.

The truck comes from the road without priority, encountering the sign “Give way”, and must give priority to the car and the motorcycle that come from the priority road.

The car and the motorcycle encounter the sign “Priority road”. The car wants to continue to drive on the direction of the priority road. The motorcycle wants to turn left, thus leaving the priority road. Considering that one of the two vehicles will leave the priority road, they will intersect their trajectories and will not be able to pass at the same time, thus creating a situation of equality. In this situation the rule of priority to the right will apply and the motorcycle will give priority to the car, because it comes from the right side of the motorcycle.

Therefore, the passing order through this intersection is the following: the first through the intersection will be the car, followed by the motorcycle, and the last through the intersection will be the truck.

(1) The vehicle that drives on a public road on which one of the signs having the meaning: “Priority road”, “Intersection with a road without priority” or “Priority over oncoming traffic” is installed has priority.
(2) When two vehicles are about to meet in an intersection controlled by signs, coming from two public roads where signs with the same meaning are installed, the vehicle that comes from the right has priority.
