The road traffic legislation does not provide that the civilised appearance is a condition for motor vehicles / agricultural or forestry tractors to be able to drive on public roads.
The first part of this answer option is correct “when they do not exceed the weight entered in the registration certificate”. It is prohibited to exceed the admitted weight, meaning the maximum authorised total mass.
The second part of this answer option is NOT correct “when they do not exceed the overall dimensions entered in the registration certificate”. We must take into account that Overall dimensions = length/width/height.
Is prohibited the driver of a motor vehicle or tram to transport in and on the car objects whose length or width exceeds, together with the load, its dimensions.
It is not provided in the road traffic legislation the prohibition to drive if the height is exceeded, it is specified only length and width. And the overall dimensions meaning length/width/height, the height is not a condition for the motor vehicles or trailers to be able to drive on public roads. Therefore, it is possible to drive with the overall dimensions exceeded, as long as the length and/or the width are not exceeded.
Nevertheless, it must be known that in the case in which the height exceeds 5 meters it is possible to drive on the public road only on the basis of the special authorisation issued by its administrator and with the approval of the traffic police.
To drive on public roads, motor vehicles / agricultural or forestry tractors must be in good working order and meet the technical conditions established by law.
The correct answer is: C
The road traffic legislation does not provide anything in this regard.
