There is no legal article that prohibits the turning of the vehicle when the width of the public road is less than 7 meters. But it is possible to be misled by the following situation and to mark it as correct, although it is the wrong answer.
The situation that can mislead us is the following: Turning is prohibited in places where stopping is prohibited, and stopping is prohibited in places where overtaking is prohibited. Overtaking is prohibited on uneven passages, on bridges, under bridges and in tunnels, but with the exception of animal-drawn vehicles, motorcycles without sidecar, mopeds and bicycles, which may be overtaken if visibility of the road is ensured over a distance greater than 20 meters, and the width of the road is at least 7 meters.
First of all, the wording of this answer “when climbing the slopes” is wrong, possibly intentionally wrong to trick us. We must understand that you climb on an uphill slope and you descend on a downhill slope, and the answer option says “when climbing the slopes”, which is incorrect.
Secondly, turning is prohibited in places where stopping is prohibited, and stopping is prohibited in places where overtaking is prohibited. Overtaking is prohibited near the tops of uphill slopes, when visibility is reduced below 50 m. Therefore, we may overtake on uphill/downhill slopes if we have visibility greater than 50 meters.
The road traffic legislation prohibits the turning of the vehicle on the pedestrian marking. Moreover, the turning of vehicles is prohibited where stopping and overtaking of vehicles are prohibited, and these maneuvers are prohibited at pedestrian crossings or at less than 25 meters before and after them, therefore in these places turning the vehicle is also prohibited.
