Moving in reverse with the vehicle is prohibited when visibility to the rear is obstructed. In such situations the vehicle may be maneuvered in reverse only when its driver is directed by at least one person located outside the vehicle.
Traffic legislation does not provide anything in this regard.
Moving in reverse with the vehicle is permitted at less than 50 meters from bus and tram stations. This maneuver being prohibited in the stations of public passenger transport means, as well as at less than 25 m before and after them, because in these places stopping is prohibited and moving in reverse is prohibited in all situations in which stopping is prohibited. Therefore, answer C is not correct, because it says “at less than 50 meters” while moving in reverse is prohibited “at less than 25 meters”.
