It is strictly prohibited by the law the holding, the mounting or the using in the traffic on the public roads of the devices that disturb the normal functioning of the speed measuring devices, also called ANTI-RADAR.

Instead, the devices of detecting the radar devices, also called RADAR DETECTOR are permitted by the law. The radar detectors only warn the driver about the existence of a RADAR type device in the area, without disturbing its good functioning, disturbance that has the purpose of not being able to measure the speed of movement of the respective vehicle of measuring the speed.

It must be remembered that the traffic legislation permits the using of radar detectors, but prohibits the using of anti-radars.

(5) The drivers of motor vehicles can be warned by the traffic police in connection with the presence in the traffic of the speed measuring devices, through mass-media or warning panels. The drivers of motor vehicles can use their own means of detecting the speed measuring devices.
