The drivers of motor vehicles who have less than one year of driving practice are obliged to travel, outside the urban areas, with 20 km/h less than the maximum speed allowed for the category to which the driven motor vehicles belong. For example, the drivers of motor vehicles in category B who have less than one year of driving practice will travel on motorways with a maximum of 110 km/h, on express roads with a maximum of 100 km/h, on European national roads (E) with 80 km/h and on the other categories of roads with 70 km/h.
