Explanation

For answer  A

If one of the headlights does not work, it is allowed to circulate with the motor vehicle or the agricultural/forestry tractor during the daytime, in normal weather conditions. At night or when visibility is reduced, it is mandatory to ensure the functioning on the left side in front of a low beam light and at the rear of a position light. Because it is not specified which headlight does not work or whether the situation occurs during the daytime or at night, answer A cannot be considered correct.

For answer  B

The road traffic legislation does not provide the prohibition of circulation in the case in which it has the windshield cracked. But we must take into account that at the Periodic Technical Inspection (PTI) the motor vehicle / agricultural or forestry tractor that has the windshield cracked may be rejected, depending on the place and size of the crack.

For answer  C

The drivers of motor vehicles / agricultural or forestry tractors are prohibited to circulate with them if, when moving or stationary, they pollute by noise or emit noxious substances over the legally allowed limit. This act constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned with the fine provided in the class II of sanctions and with the retention of the registration certificate or registration.

The correct answer is: C
