When you turn to the left in an intersection at the green colour signal of the traffic light that is addressed to you, you are obliged to give priority to the vehicles that move in compliance with the traffic rules from the opposite direction, because they encounter, like you, the green colour signal of the traffic light, a situation in which the rule of priority to the right applies and you must give them priority because during the left turn they come from your right side. Also, you are obliged to give priority to the pedestrians who are crossing in compliance with the traffic rules the street onto which you want to enter, when they are on your direction of travel.
The correct answer is: C
