By aggressive behavior of the car driver on public roads is understood performing one of the following maneuvers:

A Driving the vehicle below the legal speed limit;
B The repeated use of audible and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the driver of the vehicle which moves in compliance with the traffic rules in front of him to free the traffic lane;
C The driver of the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels.

Driving a vehicle at a speed that is smaller than the maximum permitted speed limit is allowed and is not considered to be aggressive behavior.


For answers  B  and  C 

Is prohibited the adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving them on public roads. The repeated use of audible and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the driver of the vehicle which moves in compliance with the traffic rules in front of him to free the traffic lane, as well as driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited performing these maneuvers on public roads.

The adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with contravention, as follows:

  • if by adopting an aggressive behavior was produced a traffic accident from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in the class III of sanctions and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 60 days is applied;
  • if by adopting an aggressive behavior was NOT produced a traffic accident, the fine provided in the class II of sanctions and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 30 days is applied.

The correct answer is: B and C
