It is prohibited driving the moped or motorcycle without wearing the protective helmet. Failure to comply with this obligation is NOT considered to be aggressive behaviour. • if by adopting aggressive behaviour NO traffic accident occurred, the fine provided in class II of sanctions is applied and the suspension of the driving right for a period of 30 days.
