(1) The load of a vehicle must be placed and, if needed, fixed so that:
a) it does not endanger persons or cause damage to public or private property;
b) it does not hinder the driver's visibility and does not endanger the stability or driving of the vehicle;
c) it is not dragged, it does not leak and it does not fall onto the road;
d) it does not cover the signalling devices, reflectors and the plates with the registration or record number or temporary number, and in the case of vehicles without a motor, the signals made with the arms by their driver;
e) it does not produce noise that inconveniences the driver, traffic participants or scares animals and does not produce dust or pestilential odours.
