A the maneuver of moving in reverse for the purpose of intimidating the other road users who move behind it;
B the maneuver of moving in reverse for a distance greater than 50 meters;
C the maneuver of turning the vehicle through the use of the handbrake.

It is prohibited the adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving them on public roads. The maneuver of moving in reverse for the purpose of intimidating the other road users who move behind it, as well as the maneuver of turning the vehicle through the use of the handbrake are considered to be aggressive behavior, being prohibited the performance of these maneuvers on public roads.

The adoption of an aggressive behavior in driving the vehicles on public roads is sanctioned with contravention fine, as follows:

  • if through the adoption of an aggressive behavior a road accident was produced from which resulted the damaging of a vehicle or other material damages (meaning a road accident without victims), the fine provided in sanction class III is applied and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 60 days;
  • if through the adoption of an aggressive behavior NO road accident was produced, the fine provided in sanction class II is applied and the suspension of the right to drive for a period of 30 days.

For answer B

To the driver of the vehicle is prohibited to perform the maneuver of moving in reverse for a distance greater than 50 meters. The non-observance of this prohibition is NOT considered to be aggressive behavior but is sanctioned with the fine provided in sanction class I and with the application of 2 penalty points.
