The signs shown are called “Animals” and warn you that the appearance of animals in the area is possible.

Sign 1 is encountered frequently in rural localities (pastures, farms, crossing places etc). Sign 2 is encountered in forest areas, natural reserves or other places where meeting wild animals is possible.

When encountering these signs, the driver must drive with increased attention and if there are animals on the carriageway or on the shoulder, reduce the speed to 30 km/h in the urban area and 50 km/h outside built-up areas when passing by them.
