In what situations is the speed preventively reduced in traffic?

A in all situations in which a state of danger is foreseen, which can be avoided by driving at a lower speed;
B in all cases provided in the Regulation for the application of the law regarding traffic on public roads;
C when you are tired, unwell or suffer from a condition that diminishes your ability to drive.
