Explanation

For answer  A

The travelling speed will be reduced to the legal limit of 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside built-up areas on uneven roads signalled accordingly.

For answer  B

In the perimeter of crowded markets it is not mandatory to reduce the speed and nor is a certain maximum speed limit provided. In these areas the maximum speed limits on the respective road section will be respected. However, from the point of view of preventive conduct, it is recommended that in crowded areas the travelling speed be reduced and attention be increased to the maximum in order to be able to avoid any danger safely.

For answer  C

When you are overtaken by another vehicle you do NOT have the obligation to reduce the travelling speed, but you have the obligation not to increase the travelling speed and to travel as close as possible to the right edge of the carriageway or of the lane on which you travel.

The correct answer is: A
