In the intersections with a roundabout, signalled as such, the vehicles that move inside them have priority over those that are about to enter the intersection. Thus, when you move inside an intersection with a roundabout you do not have to give priority to any vehicle.

Exception are the cases in which the intersection with a roundabout in which you move is provided with two or more traffic lanes and for leaving the intersection it is necessary to change the traffic lane, a situation in which you must give priority to the vehicles on that lane on which you want to move in order to be able to leave the intersection.

OUG* - Article 54

(1) The driver of a vehicle who carries out a maneuver of changing the direction of travel, of leaving a row of stationary vehicles or of entering such a row, of passing on another traffic lane or of turning to the right or to the left or who is about to perform a U-turn or to move backwards is obliged to signal in time and to make sure that he can do it without disturbing the traffic or endangering the safety of the other traffic participants.
(2) The signalling of the change of direction of travel must be maintained for the entire duration of the maneuver.
