In conclusion, preventive conduct means road behaviour that ensures the prevention of accidents by anticipating and avoiding the incorrect actions of road partners, as well as adapting the driving speed to the specific weather and road conditions. Preventive conduct ensures safety and fluency of movement on public roads.
