Is prohibited the voluntary waiting of the vehicles in all cases in which the voluntary stopping is prohibited, and the voluntary stopping is prohibited in line with the continuous marking, when the drivers of the other vehicles that move in the same direction are obliged for this reason to violate the continuous marking. Thus, in these places is prohibited also the maneuver of voluntary waiting of the vehicles.
But in the situation in which by waiting it does not oblige the drivers of the other vehicles that move in the same direction to violate the continuous marking separating the directions of travel, the waiting maneuver is in compliance with the traffic rules, such as on a very wide road or on a road with two or more traffic lanes per direction, where, through the waiting maneuver, the other drivers of vehicles are not obliged for this reason to violate the continuous marking.
