The intersection in the picture is directed with light signals. The red car cannot continue its movement in the desired direction because it encounters the red signal of the traffic light. Also the bus and the truck wanting to move straight ahead must respect the meaning of the signal of the traffic light on the right side, the signal of this traffic light being red, they also cannot continue their movement in the desired direction.
The yellow car wants to move straight ahead but was wrongly positioned on the lane for the left turn, the traffic light which has in operation the green colour signal allows the passage of the vehicles that want to turn left. Thus the yellow car cannot continue its movement in the desired direction.
However the yellow car must free the traffic lane on which it was wrongly positioned to allow the passage of the vehicles that turn left at the green colour of the traffic light, it being obliged to turn left because straight ahead the movement is prohibited.
Therefore, in this intersection no motor vehicle can continue its movement in the desired direction (the desired direction being the one indicated by the coloured arrows in the picture of the question).
