In the situation in which you encounter a bus stopped in a station you are allowed to perform the maneuver of overtaking it, but you must make sure, signal the intention and respect all the rules regarding performing the overtaking maneuver. From the point of view of preventive conduct it is recommended to increase attention because some pedestrians may cross the road in front of the bus without making sure.

g) at the station for tram, when it is stopped, and the station is not provided with a refuge for pedestrians;

(4) In the case in which the tram is stopped in a station without a refuge for pedestrians, the vehicles must stop in the order of arrival, behind it, and resume their movement only after the doors of the tram have been closed and they have made sure that they do not endanger the safety of pedestrians engaged in crossing the public road.
