The priority convoy will always have in operation special warning signals, sound and flashing red light, these oblige the participants in traffic to stop in the direction of travel as close as possible to the edge of the road, and when the priority convoy is encountered in the intersections, they oblige the participants in traffic to give priority. Therefore, when you encounter a convoy with priority traffic regime, you are obliged to stop immediately, on the hard shoulder or, in its absence, as close as possible to the edge of the road or the curb of the sidewalk, in the direction of travel. Thus, attaching/intercalating in an official convoy is prohibited, regardless of the performances of the driven car.
Failure to comply with the traffic rules when passing an official convoy or intercalation in such a convoy constitutes contravention and is sanctioned with the fine provided in the third class of sanctions and with the suspension of the right to drive motor vehicles for a period of 60 days.
