Explanation

For answer  A

During the night or in conditions of reduced visibility, the drivers of motor vehicles, agricultural or forestry tractors and trams who approach an intersection not controlled by traffic lights or by a traffic police officer, are obliged to signal by using alternately the low beam with the high beam. But in the situation in which from the opposite direction another vehicle is moving at a distance less than 200 m, this type of signalling can no longer be performed, because in this way you dazzle with the headlight beam the driver of the vehicle that is approaching.

For answers  B  and  C

It is prohibited to use the high beam when from the opposite direction a vehicle approaches at a distance less than 200 meters. Thus, when encountering vehicles moving from the opposite direction or at the signalling of the driver of motor vehicles who has engaged in a dangerous overtaking the repeated changing of the high beam to the low beam is prohibited.

The correct answer is: A
