It is prohibited the possession, installation or use on motor vehicles of special sound and light warning means on and in other motor vehicles than those with priority traffic regime, such as the vehicles of the ambulance service or those of the police. Non-compliance with this prohibition entails, besides the fine provided in class IV of sanctions, also the suspension of the exercise of the right to drive for a period of 90 days, and the confiscation of these devices by the traffic police officer.

The technical means of detecting the presence of radar devices cannot be confiscated by the traffic police officer, these being allowed by law. The radar detector and the ANTI-radar are devices that serve different purposes. The radar detector is allowed by law and only warns you about the presence of radar devices. The ANTI-radar is NOT allowed by law, it is that device that jams the signal emitted by the police radar device so that they cannot intercept the speed at which the vehicle moves.
