A motor vehicle in category B can tow either a trailer whose maximum authorised total mass (MTMA) does not exceed 750 kg, or a “heavier” trailer with MTMA over 750 kg, provided that the maximum authorised total mass (MTMA) of the combination formed by the towing motor vehicle and the trailer does NOT exceed 4,250 kg.

For answer  B 

Although this answer option seems correct at first glance, the lack of specification regarding the maximum authorised total mass (MTMA) of the combination makes the option incorrect. The simple fact that the MTMA of the trailer is mentioned is not sufficient, since the road legislation requires that the combination must not exceed 4,250 kg in order to be driven with a category B licence.

The correct answer is: A and C

The categories of vehicles for which the driving licence is issued, provided in art. 20 paragraph (2), are defined as follows:
