(1) In the residential area, signalled as such, the pedestrians can use the entire width of the carriageway, and the playing of the children is allowed.
(2) The drivers of vehicles are obliged to drive at a speed of at most 20 km/h, to not wait or park the vehicle outside the spaces specially designated and signalled as such, to not hamper or impede the movement of the pedestrians even if, for this purpose, they must stop.
