In the situation where a heavy vehicle and a light one meet on a narrow public road, and passing both vehicles, one past the other, is impossible or dangerous, the driver of the light vehicle will maneuver in reverse to make possible the passing of the heavy vehicle.

(1) On narrow public roads and/or with slope, where the passing of vehicles traveling from opposite directions, one past the other, is impossible or dangerous, it is proceeded as follows:
a) when encountering a combination of vehicles with a vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
b) when encountering a heavy vehicle with a light vehicle, the driver of the latter must maneuver in reverse;
