Explanation

For answer  A

The strict respecting of the speed limits for the road section on which you are driving is not part of the preventive conduct, but a legal obligation.

For answer  B

The drivers of vehicles must adapt the travel speed to the limit at which to make sure of good visibility and full control over the controls of the motor vehicle. For example, if we are driving in the urban area in torrential rain, we have the obligation to drive with a maximum of 30 km/h, but there are situations in which even 30 km/h is a high speed, therefore the speed must be reduced to the limit at which to make sure of good visibility and full control over the controls.

For answer  C

It is recommended, from the point of view of preventive conduct but also from a legal point of view, the maintaining of a sufficient lateral distance from the vehicles that move in the opposite direction. Therefore, it is not correct to drive as close as possible to the axis of the road.

The correct answer is: B
