Question 873 of 1208

Which of the two vehicles will enter the intersection first?

A the motorcycle, because it moves faster;
B the motorcycle, because it moves straight ahead;
C the car, because it moves on the priority road.

Explanation

The intersection in the image is controlled with regulatory priority signs, under each sign there is installed an additional panel indicating the direction of the priority road.

The motorcycle comes from the non‑priority road, encountering the “Give way” sign, and must give priority to the car which comes from the priority road and which encounters the “Priority road” sign.

Therefore, among the two vehicles, the car is the one that will pass first through this intersection, the motorcycle being the second to pass.

The correct answer is: C
