The vehicle that has signalled and has moved into position appropriately for leaving the direction of travel towards the left is overtaken on the right side, provided that the space remaining available allows performing this maneuver. But in the situations in which after its moving into position there is not created enough space for performing the maneuver of overtaking on the right side, you must stop behind it and wait for the lane to clear to be able to continue your movement.
