Explanation

For answer  A

The driver of the motor vehicle is prohibited to circulate with the motor vehicle having the plates with the registration numbers or the record numbers not compliant with the standards in force. Failure to respect this prohibition is considered contravention and will be sanctioned with the contravention fine provided in class I of sanctions, with the retention of the registration plates or record plates for their confiscation and with the retention of the registration certificate or the record certificate.

For answer  B

It is not prohibited the circulation of vehicles if their windshield has cracks.

For answer  C

It is not prohibited the circulation of motor vehicles if these have mounted devices for detecting the presence of radar devices, these devices being allowed by the road traffic legislation. We must make the difference between “devices for detecting the presence of radar devices”, meaning radar detectors, which are allowed, and “devices which disturb the functioning of the technical means for traffic surveillance”, meaning the ANTI-radar devices, which are prohibited.
