(1) Is prohibited the drivers of vehicles to adopt aggressive behaviour in driving them on public roads.
(2) By aggressive behaviour is understood the performance, on the public road, by the driver of a vehicle, of one of the following maneuvers:
a) the successive movement from one traffic lane to another or from one row to another, alternating from left to right, for the purpose of overtaking a line of vehicles that move in the same direction;
b) turning the vehicle around by using the auxiliary brake;
c) starting the vehicle from standstill by the excessive spinning, idling, of the driving wheels;
d) driving the vehicle at a very short distance from another vehicle, in front of or behind it, as well as laterally, or the sudden reduction of the travel speed without justified reason, likely to intimidate its driver;
e) the repeated use of audible and/or light signals likely to unjustifiably oblige the driver of the vehicle traveling in front of him to free the traffic lane;
f) driving the moped or motorcycle having in contact with the carriageway only one of the wheels;
g) moving in reverse with the vehicle for the purpose of intimidating the other traffic participants who travel behind it;
h) the intentional realization of a controlled skid of the vehicle for the purpose of turning or rotating it;
i) the intentional driving of a vehicle by repeatedly accelerating the engine, likely to disturb the persons located in the area of the public road.
