When using antifreeze solutions for a long period, the optimum level of the liquid in the expansion tank will always be monitored, taking into account that after at most 3 years the antifreeze solution will be completely replaced, even if its density meets the requirements.
As cooling liquid, a mixture of distilled water and antifreeze is used (if only water were used it would freeze in winter and the engine could crack, water increases its volume when it freezes and subjects the engine to a very high internal force). Usually, the proportion of the liquid is: 1:1 (50% distilled water and 50% antifreeze, resisting down to approx. - 35° C).
The colour of the cooling liquid in the expansion tank may be different, depending on the colour chosen by its manufacturer and does not affect/does not indicate a quality of the cooling liquid (the antifreeze solution).
The correct answer is: A and B
