Explanation

For answer  A  and  B

The road legislation is obliged you to drive with a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside the urban area in the action area of the sign „Accident” as well as when the visibility is reduced under 100 meters in conditions of fog, torrential rains or heavy snowfalls.

For answer  C

You do NOT have the obligation to reduce the driving speed to 30 km/h in the urban area at the intersecting with the vehicles that move from the opposite direction. The obligation to reduce the driving speed, but it is not specified to which limit it must be reduced, you have at night, when you encounter other vehicles that move from the opposite direction.

The correct answer is: A and B
