The sign is called “Priority over oncoming traffic”, it is installed on narrowed road sections where two vehicles cannot move one next to the other. When encountering it you have priority over all vehicles that move from the opposite direction. At the other end of the narrowed road section the sign “Priority for oncoming traffic” is installed.
This sign does NOT inform that a one-way road follows. The one-way road is signalled with the signs “One way 1” or “One way 2”.
The vehicles that move from the opposite direction will give you priority, because you move from the direction with priority.
The correct answer is: A
Regulation** - Article 129
(1) The vehicle that moves on a public road on which one of the signs having the meaning: “Priority road”, “Intersection with a non-priority road” or “Priority over oncoming traffic” is installed has priority of passing.
(2) When two vehicles are about to meet in an intersection controlled by signs, coming from two public roads where signs with the same meaning are installed, the vehicle that comes from the right has priority.
The road legislation does not provide anything in this regard.
