Drivers of cars cannot drive them on public roads if the maximum authorised total mass (MTMA), written in the registration certificate, is exceeded.
If the tyres of the car have sizes and characteristics different from those written in the registration certificate, it is prohibited for it to drive on public roads.
In the registration certificate of a car the height of the car or a value that it cannot exceed in height is not written. Moreover, the road traffic legislation does not provide the prohibition to drive if the height is exceeded, it specifies only length and width.
