The driver of the vehicle is obliged to give priority to the pedestrian who crosses the public road, through a specially designated place, marked and signalled accordingly or at the green colour of the traffic light intended for him, when he is on the direction of travel of the vehicle.
Considering this obligation, when you intend to change the direction of travel to the right in an intersection, besides the obligation to signal in time the change of direction of travel, although you entered the intersection at the green colour of the traffic light, in the event that you intersect with pedestrians who cross the public road in compliance with the traffic rules, who are on your direction of travel, you are obliged to give them priority, after which you can continue your travel.
