The driver of a vehicle is obliged to drive at a speed that does not exceed 30 km/h in the urban area or 50 km/h outside built-up area when passing by animals that are driven on the carriageway or on the hard shoulder.
When driving through road tunnels you do not have the obligation to drive at a speed that does not exceed 50 km/h outside built-up area, however you must respect the legal speed limit on the respective road section.
In pedestrian areas signalled as such (Attention! Not in the area of pedestrian crossings) you will drive at a speed that does not exceed 5 km/h, being allowed to enter only if you live in that area or if you provide public “door to door” services and you have no other access possibility, having the obligation not to hinder or impede the movement of pedestrians and, if necessary, to stop to allow their movement.
The correct answer is: A
