The driver of the vehicle who performs overtaking is obliged to make sure that he has enough space to re-enter the initial lane, where he must return after performing the overtaking maneuver. Considering that in the statement of the question it is specified that you move in a queue, you cannot perform the overtaking maneuver because there will not be enough space to re-enter the initial lane.
Moreover, Is prohibited the overtaking of vehicles on the road section where a queue of waiting vehicles has formed, if by this the opposite direction of travel is entered, as well as the overtaking of a queue of vehicles stopped at the red colour of the traffic light or at a level crossing with the current railway, regardless of whether by this the opposite direction of travel is entered or not.
When the road is crowded and you move in a queue, you must keep a sufficient distance from the vehicle that moves in front in order to avoid possible collisions and to be able to stop, if needed, in safe conditions, being recommended to move with increased attention, following the behavior of the other traffic participants.
