The intersection in the image is one in which the traffic is directed with regulatory priority signs. Even if only on the non-priority road regulatory priority signs are installed, more precisely the sign “Give way”, this intersection is one with directed traffic.
We draw attention that such intersections in which the regulatory priority signs are found installed only on the road or, as the case may be, on the roads without priority are also encountered in reality, these being intersections with directed traffic.
The blue car and the red one come from non-priority roads, both encountering the sign “Give way”, and have the obligation to give priority to the vehicles that come from the priority road, more precisely the green car, which will pass first through this intersection.
The blue car and the red one have equal rights to pass through this intersection because they encounter the sign “Give way”, however because the red car intends to turn left it will give priority to the blue car because by turning left, the blue car comes from its right side.
Therefore, the passing order is the following: the green car, followed by the blue car, and the last to pass through the intersection will be the red car.
The correct answer is: B
OUG* - Article 59

(3) In intersections with traffic directed by priority signs, the right-hand priority rule is respected only in the case in which two vehicles are about to meet, each entering the intersection from a road signalled with a sign having the same meaning of priority or loss of priority.

Regulation** - Article 129

(2) When two vehicles are about to meet in an intersection directed by signs, coming from two public roads where signs with the same meaning are installed, the vehicle that comes from the right has priority.
