The intersection in the image is one in which the traffic is controlled with regulatory priority signs. Even if only on the non-priority road regulatory priority signs are installed, more precisely the “Stop” sign, this intersection is one with controlled traffic.
We draw attention that such intersections in which the regulatory priority signs are installed only on the road or, as the case may be, on the non-priority roads are also encountered in reality, these being intersections with controlled traffic.
Motor vehicles 1 and 2 come from non‑priority roads, encountering the “Stop” sign, and are obliged to give priority to vehicles that come from the priority road, more precisely to motor vehicles 3 and 4.
Motor vehicles 3 and 4 have equal rights to pass through this intersection because both come from the priority road, but because motor vehicle 4 intends to turn left it will give priority to motor vehicle 3, because during the left turn motor vehicle 3 comes from its right side. Thus, the first to pass will be motor vehicle 3 and the second will be motor vehicle 4.
