A when another vehicle has started overtaking;
B in the action area of the sign “Recommended speed”;
C when it moves on the first lane, and on the one next to the axis of the road other motor vehicles move, with higher speeds.

Explanation

For answer  A

You are prohibited from increasing the travel speed when another vehicle has started overtaking the vehicle you are driving. The road legislation obliges that when you are about to be overtaken, you do not increase the travel speed and you move as close as possible to the right edge of the carriageway or of the lane on which you are moving.

For answer  B

In the action area of the sign “Recommended speed” you are allowed to increase the travel speed. This sign specifies which is the travel speed considered to be optimal for moving in safe conditions and for ensuring a fluent traffic.

For answer  C

If a vehicle moves faster on one of the lanes than the vehicles that move on another lane in the same direction of travel, it is not considered overtaking, this is called passing on the right and it can be performed on any of the traffic lanes of that direction. Therefore, considering that this maneuver is not considered to be overtaking, you do not have the obligation to respect Not increasing the travel speed, an obligation you have in the situation in which you are overtaken by another vehicle. Nevertheless, always the rules for using the traffic lanes must be taken into account, which you can find in this video lesson --> Traffic Code - Moving the vehicles on the public road
